- You must schedule your self-pickup. You are required to give a 24-48 hour notice with a 3 hour window of time. Pickups for Monday’s and Saturday’s must be scheduled by Friday’s at 12pm. Any pickups scheduled after 12pm on Fridays will not be available for pickup until Tuesday.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment there will be a re-stocking fee.
- Must be able to self load. We do not help load items for liability reasons.
- We do not provide moving blankets. Please bring any packing materials you may need to secure your items.
- We do not deliver. We can provide you a list of delivery companies we have worked with over the years if you need help getting your items delivered!
- The same requirements listed above apply to scheduling with a delivery company.
*We inspect all item(s) thoroughly prior to scheduled pickups. With all pickups, the party picking up the pieces is required to sign a document stating all items are received in new condition. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after the item(s) have been signed for by the party picking up*
